I told them I had to cancel cause the weather was bad and didn’t want my kids riding under such weather conditions. REFUSED. So, because of the weather, that I have no control over, you’re not willing to accommodate? How disappointing. After years of using VIATOR, I definitely will NEVER be using them again. Once again, how disappointing. I guess they needed the money more than I did.”
